Potato Pearls® Mashed Potatoes Preparation Instructions
 Step 1 Pour boiling water into a mixing bowl. |
 Step2 Add 1 carton Potato Pearls® Extra Rich or Golden Extra Rich Mashed Potatoes while stirring constantly with a whisk. For Potato Pearls® Country Style Mashed Potatoes, slowly add 1 pouch product to boiling water, set on mixer and use whip attachment to mix for 1 minute. |
 Step3 Transfer Potato Pearls® Extra Rich and Golden Extra Rich Mashed Potatoes to a 4" deep steamtable pan and serve (hold Country Style covered 20-30 minutes before serving). |
