Instructions

Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich 1/2 carton Whisk potatoes into boiling chicken stock.
Chicken stock 1 gal.
Wasabi powder 1/2 cup In small bowl, combine next 2 ingredients to form paste; stir into potatoes.
Water 1/2 cup
Rice vinegar, seasoned 1/4 cup Stir in next 2 ingredients. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Sugar 3/4 tbsp.
Nori (sheets of Japanese seaweed), cut into thin shreds (optional garnish) If desired, garnish with remaining ingredients.
Japanese cucumber, cut into thin slices (optional garnish)
Ginger, pickled (optional garnish)
Serving Idea: Serve with teriyaki salmon or chicken.
Note: Wasabi powder varies in strength. Taste and adjust seasoning.
