Instructions

Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Golden Grill Russet™ Premium Hashbrown Potatoes 1/2 carton
OR
Naturally Potatoes® Shredded Potatoes 5 lb. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Butter Spray
Avacado, ripe, medium diced 4 each
Red onion, peeled, small, diced 1 cup
Garlic Cloves, minced 1/4 cup
Roma Tomato, medium diced 1 1/2 cup
Cilantro, fresh, rough chopped 1/4 cup
Jalapeno, seeded, devined, minced 2 each
Lime, jucie and zest 2 each
Kosher Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper, freshly ground 1 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seed, toasted, ground 2 tsp. In a medium bowl add all the other ingredients, mixing just enough to incorporate and remain chunky. Taste for seasoning.
On a pre-heated and greased griddle add the potatoes and cook on one side until golden brown.
Place the potatoes in a serving pan and top with salsa; serve immediately.
