Refresh black beans according to package directions. |

| Barbeque pulled pork, chopped |
1 lb.
|
Stir in cumin and cheese blend. Add pulled pork; mix to blend well. |

|
For each serving, ladel 1 cup beans mixture into over-proof crock. Top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese; broil until cheese melts. Spoon 1 oz. pico de gallo over melted cheese. |
